Overview

Pompeu Fabra University (UPF), Barcelona seeks to hire tenure-track Assistant Professors to begin September 2026 in any Business and Management field. We are looking for candidates with promising research portfolios who hold a Ph.D. (or will hold a Ph.D. by the end of Summer 2026) and have the potential to become leading researchers in their areas.

Department and Support

The UPF Department of Economics and Business is a leading research center that has consistently ranked among the top departments in Europe in terms of publications and success in highly competitive international grant competitions. Faculty members benefit from research and teaching support from the university’s graduate schools: the UPF Barcelona School of Management and Barcelona School of Economics. Tenure-track professors have very few administrative responsibilities and are expected to focus their efforts on producing excellent research.
