Fintep is seeking an experienced Architect to lead a team of developers in Madrid. The role focuses on designing and guiding the implementation of complex software components while ensuring alignment with project specifications and client needs.

You will translate requirements into scalable architectures, drive technology choices, and mentor engineers. The ideal candidate brings strong design pattern knowledge, cross-language skills, and a track record of delivering innovative solutions.

Formación

• 6–10 years of software architecture experience.
• Experience leading teams and designing complex components.
• Proficiency in multiple programming languages and frameworks, including Vue and JavaScript.

Responsabilidades

Skills

Strong cross language skills, algorithms, graph databases, nosql, raw javascripting, frameworks like Vue. Product design experience, strong algorithmic and entrepreneur mindset. Capable of working independently and must demonstrate flair for innovative thinking. Ability to lead teams, skilled at detailing architecture, and collaborating with internal teams and clients. Contributions to open source projects preferred.
