Fintep is seeking an experienced Architect to lead a team of developers in Madrid. The role focuses on designing and guiding the implementation of complex software components while ensuring alignment with project specifications and client needs.

You will translate requirements into scalable architectures, drive technology choices, and mentor engineers. The ideal candidate brings strong design pattern knowledge, cross-language skills, and a track record of delivering innovative solutions.

Formación

• 6–10 years of software architecture experience.
• Experience leading teams and designing complex components.
• Proficiency in multiple programming languages and frameworks, including Vue and JavaScript.

Responsabilidades

• Architect, design and guide a team of developers to build complex software components.
• Understand specs and create a design and development plan.
• Implement the designs and ensure alignment with requirements.
