Amazon Transportation Service (ATS) is seeking a Carrier Manager for the Middle Mile team in Spain to manage Linehaul service providers and drive performance. You will coach LSPs, interpret data, and ensure compliance while building strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.

The role requires travel up to 10%, the ability to work in dynamic environments, and a focus on optimizing processes to improve efficiency and customer experience.

Formación

• Fluent in Polish (speaking, writing, reading).
• Bachelor's degree required.
• Experience in program or project management.
• Experience in supply chain.

Responsabilidades

• Provide best in class coaching for LSPs, including data interpretation, performance monitoring and compliance.
• Develop and maintain strong, long-term relationships with LSPs and serve as their voice in the Amazon ecosystem.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders on diverse projects for continuous program improvements.
• Manage operational challenges and develop long-term solutions.
