Amazon Road Transport Spain, S.L.U. is seeking a detail-oriented Carrier Manager (Middle Mile) to manage Linehaul Service Providers and ensure they are set up to succeed. The role emphasizes data-driven coaching, strategic relationship-building, and rapid adaptation in a dynamic environment.

You will collaborate with internal teams on improvement initiatives, handle operational challenges, and travel up to 10% as needed to support LSPs and programs across Spain.

Formación

• Speak, write, and read fluently in Polish.

• Experience in supply chain.

We are looking for a detail-oriented and organized self-starter to join as a Carrier Manager (CM) for the Middle Mile team to manage Linehaul Service Provider (LSP) relationships and ensure they are set up to succeed.

The ideal candidate is customer obsessed, highly organized, works effectively with internal and external contacts, has the ability to shift gears at a moment's notice and enjoys the challenges of developing and improving processes in a dynamic organization. The successful candidate will also have exceptional written and verbal communication skills, superior attention to detail, and the ability to prioritize in a fast-paced environment.

Moreover, readiness to conduct business travels (10%) and the ability to work in dynamic and ambiguous areas is imperative.

Basic Qualifications

• Speak, write, and read fluently in Polish
• Bachelor's degree
• Experience in program or project management
• Experience in supply chain

Preferred Qualifications

• Knowledge of Lean principles and DMAIC methodology
• Experience in MS Access and SQL
• Experience in requirement gathering and ability to write clear and detailed requirement document
