A fast-growing fintech company in Galicia is seeking a Product Marketing Manager to shape the launch of new features and communicate value effectively. Candidates should have over 4 years of experience in product marketing, ideally within fintech or the creator economy. We're looking for a brilliant Product Marketing Manager to join our team.

MAKE's Product Marketing team sits at the heart of everything — connecting product, brand, growth, and customer insight.

You'll be responsible for shaping how we launch new features, communicate value to our users, and build MAKE into a brand creators trust and love.

You'll work closely with Product, Design, Content and Growth team to make sure our product is not just powerful — but adopted, used, and loved.

Deeply understanding the needs of content creators and how MAKE's banking products support them

Turning user insights, competitive analysis, and data into actionable marketing strategies

Ensuring consistency across all touchpoints — from in-product education to lifecycle comms and social

Iterating and testing based on performance data to continuously improve marketing impact

4+ years in product marketing, brand, or growth — ideally in fintech, SaaS, or the creator economy

Comfortable working cross-functionally in a fast-moving, remote team

Strong grasp of marketing channels : in-product, lifecycle, content, social, and PR

Data-savvy and confident in drawing insights to shape strategy

Bonus : experience working with or marketing to creators, freelancers, or digital entrepreneurs
