Job summary

Remobi is hiring a PMO Project Manager to join the central Data Governance team of a global energy technology group. You will coordinate multiple live projects to bring key datasets under governance across the enterprise, driving planning, dependency management and stakeholder alignment.

This contract role is remote in Europe, with responsibilities including creating schedules in JIRA and ServiceNow, tracking progress and risks, and steering cross-functional teams to deliver on time and on

Qualifications

• 3+ years PMO or project delivery experience in multi-project environments.
• Exposure to data governance or data management projects, ideally international.
• Fluent written and spoken English.

Responsibilities

• Create and maintain project schedules and plans in JIRA and ServiceNow.
• Track progress, blockers and risks; escalate as needed.
• Act as key contact between project leads, data domains and business/technical teams.
• Manage conflicting priorities across resources, scope creep and changing goals.
• Track project financials (budget, forecast and actuals) with Finance partner.
• Run the Steering Committees and stakeholder syncs; ensure actions are executed.

Role Description

We’re hiring a PMO Project Manager to join the central Data Governance team of a global energy technology group, coordinating multiple live projects that bring key business datasets under governance across the enterprise.

This role is the central point of coordination, driving planning, dependency management and stakeholder alignment to deliver projects on time and on budget.

What You’ll Do

• Create and maintain project schedules and plans in JIRA and ServiceNow
• Track progress, document blockers and risks, and escal​iate through defined paths
• Act as key point of contact between project leads, data domains, and business and technical teams
• Manage conflicting priorities such as shared resources, scope creep and changing goals with Program Management
• Track project financials (budget, forecast and actuals) with the Finance Business Partner
• Run the meeting cadence, including SteerCos and stakeholder syncs, ensuring actions are executed

What We’re Looking For

• 3+ years of PMO / project delivery experience in a multi-project or programme environment
• Exposure to data governance or data management projects, ideally in international companies
• Proven ability to align diverse stakeholders in a global setting
• Working knowledge of JIRA and ServiceNow is a big plus
• PMP, Agile/Scrum/SAFe or PRINCE2 certification is beneficial
• Fluent in written and spoken English
