Formación

Descripción del empleo

The PMO will report to the General Counsel and will support the management team in driving strategic transformation projects, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.

These projects, primarily focused on entity restructuring and legal / tax processes, will require dynamic collaboration with key departments, including finance, tax, human resources and operations, among others.

This role involves handling complex projects across multiple departments and external parties, focusing on the reorganization of around 40 legal entities through mergers, re-domiciliation and liquidations to create a leaner structure over the next two years. You will also coordinate with various teams across 20 countries worldwide.

These initiatives are key to preparing Impala Terminals for its next phase of growth and acquisitions.

Key Responsibilities : Responsibilities include but are not limited to :

  • Assist in implementing and standardizing project management methodology and processes.
  • Implement and take ownership of the Group’s complex legal restructuring project (multiple inter-related projects with many departments).
  • With the project management software (Click up), follow up and report to different governance bodies.
  • Follow up the day-to-day project tasks to facilitate faster any collective decision-making.
  • Promote the rollout of the project by coordinating between different teams and external advisors (merely legal and tax).
  • Reinforce project governance efficiency ensuring alignment with strategic objectives.
  • Help set up and coordinate project governance, including committees, engaging with collaborators and maintaining regular communication with various internal & external teams.
  • Monitor deliverables, timelines, and budgets to ensure breakthrough achievement and strategic alignment.
  • Manage project interdependencies, identify alignments, and proactively mitigate risks.
  • Report on overall program performance with key indicators and strategic analysis for stakeholders.

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities

  • Education : University degree / bachelor’s in law, Business Administration, or finance or a similar field.
  • Legal / Tax PM Experience : Experience of entity reorganization projects is crucial.
  • Experience : Minimum of 7 years in similar roles and awareness of legal and administrative matters in an international environment is a must.
  • Multi-Project Management : Ability to lead multiple projects simultaneously, synchronizing team efforts, and anticipating interdependency challenges.
  • Project Management : Proficient in at least one project management tool with full proficiency to program and enrol the same. Project management certification is a plus.
  • Partner Engagement : Skilled at engaging effectively with various partners and team members.
  • Communication & Interpersonal Skills : Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Adaptability : Ability to adapt to project developments and support teams through changes, minimizing impact on deliverables. Ability to work under tight deadline and in high pressure environment.
  • Team work : Know how to empower and unite cross-departmental teams.
  • Problem-Solving : Quickly identifies issues and proposes solutions to optimize project alignment.
  • Budgeting, Reporting & Communication : Strong budgeting skills and ability to structure clear and comprehensive reporting.
  • Documentation & Structuring : Excellent documentation skills with a confirmed expertise in coordinating and leading all aspects of projects
  • Fast-Paced Environment : Strong appetite for working in a fast-growing, entrepreneurial environment, with a self-motivated, hands-on attitude.
  • Language Skills : Proficient in English; Spanish is an asset.
  • Travel : Open to travel as required, mainly in Geneva.
