Fusion Consulting seeks an experienced Program Management Officer (PMO) leader to guide ERP transformation initiatives across multiple streams. You will ensure alignment, governance, and reporting while coordinating budgets, risks, and vendor contracts within a large international SAP context.

The role requires deep PMO expertise, strong stakeholder management, and a track record of delivering complex SAP deployments, preferably with SAP S/4HANA Cloud. Fluency in English is essential.

Formación

• 10+ years in program and project management.
• 3+ years in a PMO leadership role within a large-scale international ERP transformation.
• Experience with at least one full-cycle SAP ERP implementation (S/4HANA Public/Private Cloud preferred).

Responsabilidades

• Lead PMO activities across the ERP transformation program, ensuring alignment between projects and workstreams.
• Coordinate program governance, including Steering Committee meetings, decision boards, quality gates, and status reporting.
• Manage program financials, including budget planning, actuals, accruals, and forecasting.
• Monitor and maintain program RAID logs, escalating risks and issues as required.
• Coordinate vendor sourcing activities, including review and approval of service and licensing contracts.
• Support integrated cutover planning and execution across all project streams.
• Ensure compliance with project management standards, methodologies, and documentation quality requirements.
• Administer and maintain program collaboration platforms, reporting tools, and stakeholder communications.

Key Responsibilities

Required Qualifications

• Minimum 10 years of program and project management experience.
• Minimum 3 years in a PMO leadership role within a large-scale international ERP transformation program.
• Experience with at least one full-cycle SAP ERP implementation; SAP S/4HANA Public or Private Cloud experience preferred.
• Strong knowledge of program governance, financial management, risk management, and executive reporting.
• Proficiency in SAP Activate methodology.
• Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and presentation skills.
• PMP, PRINCE2, PgMP, or equivalent project/program management certification.
• Fluent business English (written and spoken).
