Fusion Consulting is seeking a Senior IT Project Manager to coordinate a global Application Rationalization Program for a pharmaceutical client. This integration lead role focuses on program-level coordination, dependency management, and governance across multiple workstreams.

We require 8+ years in IT PM, with strong stakeholder management and delivery orientation. The position entails coordinating timelines and decisions in a complex, global, matrixed environment.

• 8+ years of IT Project Management experience in large-scale enterprise environments.
• Proven experience acting as an Integration Lead, PMO Lead, or Senior IT PM coordinating multiple workstreams.
• Strong experience in dependency, milestone, risk, and integrated planning management.
• Experience with complex IT transformation, application portfolio, infrastructure, or application rationalization programs.
• GxP documentation in regulated pharmaceutical environments.
• Strong stakeholder management across technical and business teams.

We are seeking a Senior IT Project Manager to coordinate a global Application Rationalization Program in a pharmaceutical company. The role will focus on coordinating the interdependencies between multiple program workstreams and ensuring that activities, timelines, decisions, and dependencies remain aligned across the overall program.

This is not a technical integration or interface development role, rather an integration lead position. The focus is on program-level coordination, dependency management, planning, governance, and stakeholder alignment.

Key Responsibilities

Required Skills & Experience

• 8+ years of IT Project Management experience, ideally in large-scale enterprise environments.


• Proven experience acting as an Integration Lead, PMO Lead, or Senior IT PM coordinating multiple workstreams.


• Strong experience in dependency, milestone, risk, and integrated planning management.


• Experience with complex IT transformation, application portfolio, infrastructure, or application rationalization programs.


• GxP-documentation in regulated pharmaceutical environments.


• Strong stakeholder management skills across technical and business teams.


• Excellent coordination, communication, escalation, and conflict-resolution skills.


• Ability to operate effectively in complex, global and matrixed organizations.


• Hands-on, structured, proactive, and delivery-oriented approach.
