Fusion Consulting seeks an accomplished PMO Lead to drive governance, reporting, and financial oversight across a global ERP transformation program. You will coordinate multiple workstreams, manage stakeholder engagement, and ensure delivery within scope, budget, and timeline.

The role requires SAP S/4HANA experience, strong governance and financial management skills, and excellent communication with international teams. Fluency in English is essential.

Formación

• 10+ years of program and project management experience.
• 3+ years in a PMO leadership role within a large-scale international ERP transformation program.
• Experience with at least one full-cycle SAP ERP implementation; SAP S/4HANA Public or Private Cloud experience preferred.
• Strong knowledge of governance, financial, risk management, and executive reporting.
• Fluent business English (written and spoken).
• PMP, PRINCE2, PgMP, or equivalent project/program management certification.

Responsabilidades

• Lead PMO activities across the ERP transformation program and ensure alignment between projects and workstreams.
• Coordinate program governance, Steering Committee meetings, decision boards, quality gates, and status reporting.
• Manage program financials, including budget planning, actuals, accruals, and forecasting.
• Monitor and maintain RAID logs, escalating risks and issues as required.
• Coordinate vendor sourcing activities, including review and approval of service and licensing contracts.
• Support integrated cutover planning and execution across all project streams.
• Ensure compliance with project management standards, methodologies, and documentation quality requirements.
• Administer and maintain program collaboration platforms, reporting tools, and stakeholder communications.

Job Description

The PMO Lead is responsible for driving governance, coordination, reporting, financial oversight, and stakeholder engagement across a global ERP transformation program. Required Qualifications

• Proficiency in SAP Activate methodology.


• Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and presentation skills.


• PMP, PRINCE2, PgMP, or equivalent project/program management certification.


• Fluent business English (written and spoken).
