Fusion Consulting is seeking an experienced Senior SAP Solution Architect to lead enterprise SAP transformations, including S/4HANA and cloud migrations, while supporting pre‑sales and business development. Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Senior SAP Solution Architect with 15+ years of SAP consulting experience to lead enterprise SAP transformation initiatives while supporting business development and pre-sales activities. The successful candidate will combine deep expertise in SAP S/4HANA, RISE with SAP, GROW with SAP, cloud architecture, and SAP BTP with the ability to engage executive stakeholders, shape solution strategies, and lead complex business transformation programmes.

• Define SAP transformation strategies, target architectures, and migration roadmaps for RISE with SAP, GROW with SAP, cloud migration, ERP modernization, and SAP S/4HANA transformation programmes.
• Lead architecture and solution design for greenfield, brownfield, selective data transition, ECC to SAP S/4HANA, cloud adoption, and business transformation initiatives.
• Provide technical leadership throughout planning, migration, testing, cutover, hypercare, and operational transition.
• Act as a trusted advisor to business and IT executives, facilitating strategy workshops, architecture reviews, and executive presentations.
• Support business development and pre-sales through solution design, RFP/RFI responses, effort estimation, client presentations, and opportunity shaping.
• Collaborate with SAP ECS, hyperscalers, managed service providers, and client stakeholders to ensure successful delivery.
• Identify risks, dependencies, and governance requirements while ensuring alignment with SAP best practices, Clean Core principles, and the SAP shared responsibility model.

Qualifications

Required Experience

• 15+ years of SAP consulting experience, including senior Solution Architect or Enterprise Architect roles.
• Proven delivery of RISE with SAP, GROW with SAP, SAP S/4HANA, cloud migration, ERP modernization, and digital transformation programmes.
• Strong expertise in SAP S/4HANA, SAP Basis, SAP BTP, Integration Suite, SAP Fiori, cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, or Google Cloud), enterprise integration, and hybrid architectures.
• Demonstrated experience in pre-sales, solution consulting, business development, and executive stakeholder engagement.
• Excellent leadership, communication, stakeholder management, and consulting skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• SAP S/4HANA Certification.
• SAP Technology, Basis, Cloud, or SAP BTP Certification.
• Azure, AWS, or Google Cloud Certification.
• TOGAF and SAP Enterprise Cloud Services (ECS) experience are highly desirable.
