Job summary

Eurofragance, headquartered in Barcelona, is seeking a PMO Analyst to define and run the company's project governance, delivered on time, on budget, with visibility for leadership. You will partner with Project Leaders to drive a strong project-management culture across Infrastructure and R&D initiatives.

You'll monitor budgets, CAPEX and milestones, support portfolio decisions, and help ensure alignment with strategic objectives while collaborating with a global team and leveraging Jira, Power

Qualifications

• Must-have: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering, Business Management, Economics or similar; plus project-management certification.
• 1 - 3 years of experience in a PMO role or similar.
• Hands-on Jira experience and familiarity with Power BI, Confluence, MS Project and Microsoft 365 tools desirable.

Responsibilities

• Define, maintain and evolve the project governance model, including lifecycle, stage gates, roles and committees.
• Coordinate and follow up project steering committees (Infrastructure, Innovation and Transformation).
• Monitor the strategic project portfolio and deliver clear status, budget, CAPEX, milestones and risks reporting for leadership.
• Ensure projects stay linked to strategic objectives throughout their lifecycle.
• Identify risks, interdependencies and capacity constraints and elevate with clear recommendations.
