Job summary

Business Insights in Barcelona is seeking an experienced PMO to support project governance, budgets and operational efficiency within an international IT environment. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure accurate financial reporting and effective project monitoring.

As PMO, you will generate monthly dashboards, manage cost tracking, and drive continuous improvement of governance processes while communicating with senior stakeholders.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in PMO, Project Management, Project Coordination or similar roles.
• Strong experience in budget management, financial planning and cost control.
• Experience in project tracking, resource allocation and financial reporting.
• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Power BI.
• Experience in data analysis, KPI monitoring and management reporting.
• Knowledge of change management processes.
• General understanding of IT systems and technology environments.
• Experience preparing documentation and presentations for different stakeholders.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, including interaction with senior management.
• Strong organizational, analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently in dynamic, international and multicultural environments.
• Fluent English – mandatory

Responsibilities

• Manage project budgets, cost tracking and financial reconciliation.
• Monitor project progress, timelines, resources and key deliverables.
• Prepare monthly reports, KPIs and management dashboards using Excel and Power BI.
• Manage time tracking processes and ensure accurate reporting of actual costs and resource allocation.
• Support change management initiatives related to IT services and workplace environments.
• Coordinate communication between technical teams, business stakeholders and management.
• Maintain and improve product documentation and knowledge bases.
• Support operational activities and BAU reporting.
• Facilitate collaboration and knowledge sharing across teams.
• Contribute to continuous improvement of project governance and operational processes.
