Job Title : Project Manager - IT (Suanfarma Group)

We are seeking a Project Manager to join our IT team at the company's headquarters. The ideal candidate will have experience managing CRM projects, particularly Salesforce, and possess a technical background in software development.

Requirements :

• Minimum 5 years of experience in CRM Projects (Salesforce)
• Previous experience in system integration projects
• Technical background in software development
• Knowledge of SQL
• Experience in project management and coordination
• Experience managing technical teams with service providers
• Experience in post-implementation support

Responsibilities :

• Participate in the design and implementation of Salesforce CRM
• Collaborate within a multidisciplinary team, adapting roles as needed
• Gather and manage new requirements from internal customers
• Create documentation for projects, coordinating with external suppliers
• Lead small project teams, including functional and development teams
• Supervise development activities, including testing and UAT sessions
• Monitor incidents with service providers post-deployment
• Make autonomous decisions when necessary
• Maintain good relations with end-users and manage high-demand support situations

Languages :

• Experience with ERP-Business Central
• Familiarity with various project management methodologies (Agile, PMP)
• Proficiency with project management tools (Excel, MS Project)
