Henkel AG & Co. KGaA in Barcelona is seeking a project coordinator to monitor and report on KPIs, ensuring projects stay on track and tasks are completed on time.

You will monitor implementation timelines of innovation projects and manage deadlines with the teams, provide detailed status reports to the PIM on final artworks and article creation workflow, and update HINT for launches. The role involves supporting obsolete materials management after promotions and participating in project meetings.

Responsabilidades

• Monitoring KPIs and reporting of KPIs, ensuring projects remain on track and tasks are completed on time.
• Monitoring the implementation timelines of different innovation projects and managing deadlines with the respective teams.
• Monitoring and providing detailed status reports to the PIM (Project Implementation Manager) on final artworks and the article creation workflow (WF).
• Supporting the request, management, and follow-up of obsolete materials/products after promotional projects.
• Participating in project implementation meetings with different teams and reviewing meeting minutes.
• Updating HINT (project management tool) with the different tasks required for the launch of an innovation.
