T-Systems Iberia is seeking an experienced Site Reliability/Platform Engineer to build and run Kubernetes-based platforms for AI tooling and SDLC workflows. You will implement GitOps and IaC practices, manage registries, and ensure observability and security across the environment.

The role involves collaborating with software, security, and architecture teams to maintain high reliability, data governance, and audit readiness in sovereignty-driven contexts.

Formación

• 5+ years in SRE, platform engineering, DevOps, cloud infrastructure, or operations roles with strong Kubernetes and Linux expertise.
• Proven experience building and operating production-grade engineering platforms with GitOps, IaC, observability, and runbooks.
• Hands-on skills in Terraform, Ansible, Helm, Python or shell scripting, CI/CD runners, private registries, and secure configuration management.
• Good understanding of networking, storage, secrets, access control, monitoring, backup, DR, and operational hardening in high-security environments.
• Comfortable supporting AI-enabled engineering workloads in sovereignty-driven contexts with isolation, reliability and auditability.

Responsabilidades

• Build and operate Kubernetes environments hosting AI engineering tools and platform components.
• Implement GitOps and IaC patterns for reproducible provisioning, configuration, and upgrades.
• Manage registries, secrets, network segmentation, and backup routines.
• Provide observability for engineering workloads, including metrics, logs, traces, and cost signals.
• Collaborate with software, security, and architecture teams to support AI-enabled SDLC workflows with proper data governance.
