What You’ll Do

• Oversee and manage the platform supporting all services built on Identity Manager technology, while shaping and aligning the product vision with internal and external stakeholders.
• Collaborate closely with other Product Owners and cross-functional teams to understand user needs, market trends, and strategic opportunities for service enhancements that deliver greater customer value.
• Convert business and technical demands into a clearly prioritized backlog, balancing immediate needs with long-term goals.
• Guide the product lifecycle to maintain alignment with broader organizational strategies and objectives.
• Enforce internal standards and guardrails to ensure operational reliability and cost-efficiency, while supporting Agile squads with best practices and emerging technologies.
• Champion high-quality, iterative product delivery that incorporates stakeholder and user feedback to drive continuous improvement.
• Ensure that solutions meet non-functional requirements such as system performance, data security, compliance, and usability. Foster a culture of agility across business and IT through a "You Build it – You Run it" mindset.

What You Bring

• Certified Product Owner with practical experience using Identity Manager platforms (e.g., One Identity Manager).
• Background in developing and managing CI / CD pipelines within complex IT environments.
• Familiarity with public cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
• Proven ability in project leadership and agile product development methodologies.
• Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills, with excellent collaboration and communication abilities.
• Hands-on experience in software modernization projects, including the adoption of cloud-native architectures.
• Degree in computer science, IT, or a related field.
• Several years of professional experience in Identity and Access Management (IAM), particularly in roles such as IAM Engineer or Product Owner.
