Zurich Duo, working with INNOCV Solutions, seeks a Creative Specialist in Madrid to translate strategic direction into platform-native social content. You will craft engaging storyboards, post concepts, captions, and visuals for TikTok, Instagram, Reddit, and other platforms, ensuring alignment with the brand voice and creative vision.

Formación

• 3–4 years of experience creating content for brands, social media, or creative agencies.
• Strong understanding of platform-native formats, especially short-form video.
• Excellent copywriting, captions, and visual storytelling skills.
• Hands-on experience with creation and editing tools such as CapCut, Canva, and Adobe Creative Suite.

Responsabilidades

• Translate creative strategies into platform-native content concepts and executions.
• Develop storyboards, scripts, post concepts, captions, and visual directions.
• Create, adapt, and optimize social media assets for TikTok, Instagram, Reddit, and other channels.
• Propose editorial calendars based on defined content territories and briefs.
• Collaborate with videomakers to shape and produce high-impact short-form video content.
• Adapt content to each platform's codes, formats, and audience behavior.
• Ensure assets stay true to brand voice and channel requirements.
