JobServe Ltd is looking for an experienced Full Stack Engineer for a 12-month remote contract across Europe. You will design, develop and optimise scalable web applications, working across Front End and Back End technologies.

You will own product features, collaborate with technical teams, and ensure secure, reliable solutions aligned with business needs. Strong focus on API design, testing and CI/CD practices.

Formación

• Hands-on with Java and Spring Boot or Node.js.
• Strong JavaScript/TypeScript with React.js experience.
• Experience building RESTful APIs and microservices.
• Knowledge of relational/non-relational databases (PostgreSQL, MySQL, Oracle, Elasticsearch).
• Understanding web performance, security, CORS, XSS, CSRF, WCAG accessibility standards.
• Experience with Docker and Kubernetes; familiarity with cloud platforms.

Responsabilidades

• Design, develop and maintain full-stack web applications using Java (Spring Boot) or Node.js, alongside React and TypeScript.
• Build and integrate RESTful APIs within microservices-based architectures.
• Work with relational and non-relational databases to support application functionality and performance.
• Contribute to technical design discussions, balancing scalability, business value and delivery timelines.
• Develop unit tests and promote test-driven development practices.
• Identify and resolve technical issues, including application performance and debugging challenges.
• Implement secure coding practices and consider potential security risks.
• Participate in peer reviews and maintain high standards of code quality.
• Lead the development and delivery of individual product features.
• Support containerisation, deployment and continuous integration processes.
