JOB SUMMARY
We are seeking a skilled Observability Engineer experienced with Infrastructure as Code using Terraform and Helm, and with deep knowledge of Observability features (logging, metrics, tracing, APM, etc.), preferably in hybrid high-volume distributed platforms processing thousands of transactions per second.
The ideal candidate will have proven experience with open-source components such as Telegraf, Prometheus, Grafana, FluentBit, Logstash, OpenSearch / Elasticsearch, Kibana, OpenTelemetry, Jaeger, or similar technologies.
Our Observability Platform components are deployed on Kubernetes and/or AWS EC2 instances, requiring support and rollout for internal teams and customers. The role also involves governance, best practices, and automation of ad-hoc features.
The successful candidate will be part of a talented, motivated IT team focused on implementing solutions that meet our product requirements and address technological challenges continuously.
