JOB SUMMARY
We are seeking a skilled Observability Engineer experienced in Infrastructure as Code using Terraform and Helm, with deep knowledge of observability features (logging, metrics, tracing, APM, etc.), ideally in hybrid high-volume distributed platforms handling thousands of transactions per second.
The candidate should have proven experience with open-source components such as Telegraf, Prometheus, Grafana, FluentBit, Logstash, OpenSearch/Elasticsearch, Kibana, OpenTelemetry, Jaeger, or similar. Our observability platform components are deployed on Kubernetes and/or AWS EC2 instances, requiring support, rollout, governance, best practices, and automation for all internal teams and customers.
The successful candidate will join a talented, motivated IT team focused on implementing solutions for our product needs and technological challenges continuously.
