JOB SUMMARY
We seek a skilled Observability Engineer experienced with Infrastructure as Code using Terraform and Helm, with deep knowledge of observability features (logging, metrics, tracing, APM, etc.) in hybrid high-volume distributed platforms handling thousands of transactions per second.
The ideal candidate will have proven experience with open-source components such as Telegraf, Prometheus, Grafana, FluentBit, Logstash, OpenSearch / ElasticSearch, Kibana, OpenTelemetry, Jaeger, or similar.
Our Observability Platform components are deployed on Kubernetes and/or AWS EC2 instances, requiring support and rollout for teams and internal customers. The role includes governance, best practices, and automation of ad-hoc features.
The successful candidate will join a talented, motivated team of IT professionals focused on implementing solutions for our product needs and technological challenges.
