Holcim Group seeks a Platform Engineer to deliver a multi-cloud and edge platform supporting Holcim's business products. You will work with product teams, corporate security, legal and data privacy to ensure enterprise-grade infrastructure.

The role covers platform framework, architecture, operations, and cost management across GCP and AWS, with ~100 platform services, 55 product teams, and a practice of policy-as-code, self-service, and auditable state.

Formación

• Plans and sequences work with dependencies and risks before starting.
• Demonstrates ability to own outcomes and drive incidents to closure.
• Communicates facts early and accurately, including bad news.
• Experience with production cloud infrastructure and incident response.

Responsabilidades

• Provision and manage cloud and edge infrastructure as code.
• Develop and extend an in-house platform framework with policy enforcement and self-service interfaces.
• Lead platform operations across lifecycle, including monitoring and cost management.
• Onboard product teams to platform services and enable self-service capabilities.
