Holcim is seeking a Lead Platform Engineer to own and evolve cloud and edge infrastructure, running as code across multiple environments. You will design and enforce policy-as-code, build self-service interfaces for product teams, and drive governance and security across platforms.

Required are strong Python production development skills, experience with Terraform/Ansible, and breadth across technical domains.

Responsabilidades

• Platform Framework and Automation: provision and manage cloud/edge infra as code.
• Develop and extend the internal platform framework with policy and governance.
• Encode standards as executable controls to prevent non-compliant configurations.
• Build self-service interfaces for product teams to provision resources.
• Contribute templates and tooling; conduct peer reviews of code and specs.
• Platform architecture and capacity planning across cloud and edge.
• Network, IAM, and security architecture design and governance.
• Evaluate services; maintain architecture docs and decision records.
• Operations: run services across their lifecycle; incident response and RCA.
• Monitoring, logging, tracing, and alerting; preventive maintenance.
• Product enablement: onboard teams and resolve platform integrations.
• Governance, compliance: GDPR, ISO, and regulatory evidence support.
• Lead Platform Engineer: define standards, reference implementations, and leadership.
