rindus, a People company, is expanding its Málaga team and seeking a Senior Platform Engineer to own and evolve the Internal Developer Platform. You’ll drive adoption, create golden paths, and build self-service capabilities that accelerate engineering teams.

You’ll accelerate our Kubernetes and EKS journey, automate infrastructure provisioning, and improve CI/CD workflows. You’ll mentor engineers and help establish a culture of developer enablement across multiple squads.

Formación

• Strong software engineering background.
• Experience with Kubernetes in production environments.
• Experience building and operating solutions on AWS.
• Infrastructure as Code experience (Terraform or similar).
• Strong collaboration and communication skills.
• Passion for improving developer experience.
• Internal Developer Platform experience.
• Backstage or similar developer portal experience.
• Platform engineering experience in a multi-team organization.
• Experience working with engineering productivity initiatives and DORA metrics.
• Experience building self-service platforms at scale.

Responsabilidades

• Own the Internal Developer Platform.
• Contribute to roadmap, adoption, and evolution of the Internal Developer Platform.
• Build self-service capabilities that reduce friction for engineering teams.
• Create golden paths, templates, and reusable platform services.
• Drive platform adoption across product engineering teams.
• Accelerate our Kubernetes and EKS journey.
• Drive platform engineering and automation.
• Automate infrastructure provisioning and environment creation.
• Improve CI/CD capabilities and developer workflows.
• Reduce manual processes through automation and standardization.
• Increase engineering efficiency through tooling and platform innovation.
• Provide technical leadership.
• Drive platform initiatives together with engineers.
• Drive engineering standards through influence and collaboration.
• Mentor engineers and share platform expertise across teams.
• Help establish a strong platform engineering culture focused on developer enablement.
