Rindus busca un ingeniero de plataforma para liderar y evolucionar su Internal Developer Platform, trabajando desde Málaga en colaboración con StiboDX.

Te unirás a un equipo internacional, construirás capacidades de autoservicio, plantillas y servicios reutilizables, y acelerarás la adopción de Kubernetes y EKS.

Formación

• Amplio trasfondo en ingeniería de software.
• Experiencia en Kubernetes en entornos de producción.
• Experiencia construyendo y operando soluciones en AWS.
• Infrastructure as Code con Terraform u otras herramientas.
• Experiencia en automatización CI/CD.
• Experiencia creando herramientas de desarrollo reutilizables o capacidades de plataforma.
• Gran capacidad de colaboración y comunicación.
• Pasión por mejorar la experiencia del desarrollador.

Responsabilidades

• Poseer la Internal Developer Platform.
• Contribuir a la hoja de ruta, adopción y evolución de la plataforma.
• Construir capacidades de autoservicio, plantillas y servicios reutilizables.
• Impulsar la adopción de la plataforma entre equipos de ingeniería.
• Acelerar el recorrido de Kubernetes y EKS.

On behalf of our partner StiboDX, we are looking for the best talent to join rindus. Stibo DX is a market leader In digital asset management, content creation, and publishing platforms for the media industry.

Every day, more than 800 media brands across five continents rely on Stibo DX's platforms to create and publish content. Their systems ensure efficient and consistent publishing of more than 600 websites and thousands of daily print publications worldwide. You will work in a distributed new team from our office in Málaga.

What you'll be doing

Own the Internal Developer Platform

• Contribute to the roadmap, adoption, and evolution of the Internal Developer Platform
• Build self-service capabilities that reduce friction for engineering teams
• Create golden paths, templates, and reusable platform services
• Drive platform adoption across product engineering teams
• Accelerate our Kubernetes and EKS journey

Drive platform engineering and automation

• Automate infrastructure provisioning and environment creation
• Improve CI/CD capabilities and developer workflows
• Reduce manual processes through automation and standardization
• Increase engineering efficiency through tooling and platform innovation

Provide technical leadership

• Drive platform initiatives together with engineers
• Drive engineering standards through influence and collaboration
• Mentor engineers and share platform expertise across teams
• Help establish a strong platform engineering culture focused on developer enablement

What you'll bring

Strong software engineering background

• Experience with Kubernetes in production environments
• Experience building and operating solutions on AWS
• Infrastructure as Code experience (Terraform or similar)
• CI/CD automation experience
• Experience creating reusable developer tooling or platform capabilities
• Strong collaboration and communication skills
• Passion for improving developer experience
• Amazon EKS experience
• Internal Developer Platform experience
• Backstage or similar developer portal experience
• SaaS platform transformation experience
• Platform engineering experience in a multi-team organization
• Experience working with engineering productivity initiatives and DORA metrics
• Experience building self-service platforms at scale
