Platform Engineer - Developer Experience is a high-impact, cross-functional role central to our engineering team. You will support our internal teams throughout the development lifecycle, leveraging software engineering and SRE skills to enhance our platform's capabilities while reducing cognitive load.

Your responsibilities:

• Own various tools and services to empower engineers across teams
• Work autonomously within agile teams to innovate and deliver new objectives
• Shape service development, testing, deployment, release, and monitoring processes
• Collaborate with product teams to design and optimize features
• Foster a culture of belonging, wellness, diversity, inclusion, and growth

What you need to succeed:

• Over 2+ years of experience in backend development or developer tools
• Proficiency in Go, Python, or similar languages; experience with gRPC, Google Cloud, and PubSub is a plus
• Understanding of data structures and algorithms
• Experience creating developer-facing tools and technical documentation
• Enjoy working in a fast-paced, experimental environment
• Open to feedback and continuous learning
