Nutreco busca un Plant Manager para liderar la producción y las operaciones en nuestra planta de Lleida, garantizando operaciones eficientes, cumplimiento de calidad y entregas a tiempo. Se espera gestionar equipos multiproyecto y coordinar actividades técnicas clave.

El rol requiere experiencia en gestión de planta, planificación de mantenimiento, control de costos y una visión de mejora continua para optimizar la productividad y la seguridad en el sitio de la planta.

Formación

• Se busca persona con experiencia en gestión de operaciones de planta (8–10 años) y capacidad de liderar equipos.
• Experiencia en planificación de mantenimiento, programación de la producción y control de costos.
• Conocimiento de HSE y estándares de calidad, y habilidad para gestionar presupuestos OPEX/CAPEX.

Responsabilidades

• Liderar todas las actividades de producción y técnicas en la planta de Lleida, asegurando operaciones eficientes y costo-efectivas.
• Gestionar operaciones de producción multisector y coordinar los procesos para continuidad y balance.
• Dirigir mantenimiento y planificación de CAPEX para minimizar fallos y paradas.

What you'll do

You'll lead all production and technical activities in our Lleida plant, ensuring cost-effective, efficient operations that meet quality standards and sales commitments.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Managing multi-shift production operations and integrating processes for continuity and balance.


• Overseeing maintenance and repair planning, including CAPEX projects, to minimize downtime and disruptions.


• Driving continuous improvement initiatives to optimize efficiency and effectiveness across the plant.

Who we're looking for

We're looking for someone who is responsible, accountable, and ready to Own this role. Someone with strong leadership skills, technical expertise, and a passion for operational excellence.

You'll also need:

• Bachelor's degree with 8-10 years' experience in production/operations management.


• Proven experience in maintenance planning, production scheduling, and cost control.


• Strong leadership and people management skills to motivate and develop teams.


• Knowledge of HSE and quality compliance standards.


• Ability to manage OPEX/CAPEX budgets and deliver efficiency gains.
