Achieve Operational Excellence (safety, reliability & efficiency) in the LI Facility, in compliance with all local regulations and IMS rules, in line with the LI Strategy defined by the main stakeholders.

Manage teams and operate the production equipment at the Facility level, in coordination with other involved teams (Industrial / Maintenance teams, SIO Center, BD / Energy teams, IM / EL teams, HSE teams, and other key stakeholders) to achieve the targets at the Facility level.

How will you CONTRIBUTE and GROW?

  • Achieve Operational Excellence in the Facility.
  • Assume legal responsibility for safety operations through delegation from the Entity LI Operations Director.
  • Ensure Safety Performance (Field-Safety, Process-Safety, Cybersecurity) & Security at the Facility level, with support from HSE and Industrial Management teams. Develop and maintain a strong safety culture.
  • Ensure Reliability by delivering products per customer contracts and demand, developing a strong reliability culture.
  • Ensure Efficiency Performance at the Facility level, supporting the SIO Center.
  • Build and maintain customer operational relationships and foster positive support at regional levels.
  • Approve Facility Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
  • Manage operational transients, feedback, and lessons learned, troubleshooting local issues safely and reliably.
  • Monitor and optimize local operating costs and budgets; recommend cost reduction and efficiency opportunities.
  • Ensure asset optimization and proper implementation of actions to restore normal process conditions, conducting risk analyses beforehand.
  • Coordinate with other teams to authorize and coordinate maintenance tasks, ensuring safety and proper documentation.
  • Work with the ROCC to ensure product quality and quantity, informing about local issues affecting economic operation and reliability.
  • Coordinate incident management at the Facility level with involved teams.
  • Coordinate with Industrial Direction Teams on program deployment and with HSE teams on regulatory compliance.
  • Manage HR resources, ensuring team performance, training, adherence to policies, and qualifications.
  • Maintain dialogue with unions and support HR / Labor relations regarding social issues.
  • Ensure legal compliance of the Facility in collaboration with HSE and Industrial teams, keeping the LI Operations Director informed of activity developments and regulatory adherence.

Engineer with at least 5 years of experience in LI Operations.
