We are looking for an International Planning & Forecast Technician in our Madrid office!

The Global Competence Center (GCC) is a multilingual operations platform serving international contracts of Europ Assistance from a single point of contact. You will join the GCC Planning & Support service in Madrid, reporting to the Head of Projects, Quality, and Process Control.

Your responsibilities will include:

  1. Guaranteeing the elaboration and timely delivery of the planning, in accordance with procedures and agreements.
  2. Analyzing product planning, informing management about coverage quality and resource consistency, and alerting them as necessary.
  3. Providing support to operational services regarding planning matters and updates (corporate agreements, planning tools, holidays, etc.).
  4. Supervising planning updates before the start of month M, in collaboration with operational management.
  5. Ensuring the quality of schedules in real-time, participating in review meetings with platform management, producing reports, and alerting managers when needed.
  6. Guaranteeing comprehensive updates and changes related to workforce planning.
  7. Preparing documents for staff monitoring meetings with operational and HR teams.

Qualifications include:

  • Bachelor’s degree in IT, Business, or Engineering.
  • At least 5 years of experience in a similar role, contact centers, operational monitoring, or planning management.
  • Knowledge of planning tools, work organization, and regulatory texts is a plus.
  • Proficiency in English (oral and written).

Starting date: ASAP.

This is a full-time, replacement contract based in Madrid, with a hybrid work model. You will have access to our Training Platform.
