A leading company in design services is seeking a Planning Process Adherence Lead for a global project. This fully remote role offers a chance to oversee planning maturity assessments across various manufacturing sites and coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure process adherence. The ideal candidate will have significant experience in supply chain projects and possess strong stakeholder management skills.

Here at RED, we are looking for a Planning Process Adherence Lead to start on a global project for one of our end clients. The position is for an initial 12-month contract with a possibility of extension.

The project is fully remote, based in Europe, and requires English speaking skills.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the delivery of Planning Maturity Assessments across manufacturing sites, global SCM teams, and regional demand planning functions.
  • Coordinate and oversee structured maturity reviews, ensuring consistency in tools and methodologies.
  • Ensure timely completion of assessments.
  • Facilitate team activities to manage overlapping workstreams efficiently.
  • Manage and maintain standardized reporting templates for assessment results.
  • Collaborate with the PMO to monitor trends, scores, and process adoption levels.
  • Provide oversight on process adherence ratings and communicate insights to stakeholders.
  • Engage with Planning Excellence, Regional Planning Teams, Manufacturing Sites, and Business Excellence.
Requirements
  • Proven experience leading cross-functional supply chain or planning projects within a global or regional context.
  • Strong background in process governance, audits, or maturity assessments.
  • Excellent stakeholder management skills at site, regional, and global levels.
  • Strong organizational and program management skills with a delivery focus.
  • Experience managing reporting tools like Excel dashboards and SharePoint.
