Planning Process Adherence Lead - Europe - Remote - English Speaking

Here at RED, we are looking for a Planning Process Adherence Lead to start on a global project for one of our international clients. The position is initially for 12 months with a possibility of extension. The project is fully remote.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Lead the day-to-day delivery of Planning Maturity Assessments across manufacturing sites, global supply chain management (SCM) teams, and regional demand planning functions.
  2. Coordinate and oversee structured maturity reviews, ensuring consistency in tools and methodologies.
  3. Ensure timely completion of assessments.
  4. Facilitate team activities to manage overlapping workstreams efficiently, such as manufacturing and SCM planning audits.
  5. Manage and maintain standardized reporting templates for accurate tracking of assessment results across functions and geographies.
  6. Collaborate with the Project Management Office (PMO) to monitor trends, maturity scores, and process adoption levels, supporting broader planning governance reviews.
  7. Provide oversight on process adherence ratings and communicate insights to key stakeholders promptly.
  8. Support stakeholder engagement across Planning Excellence, Regional Planning Teams, Manufacturing Sites, and Business Excellence.
Requirements
  • Proven experience leading cross-functional supply chain or planning projects within a global or regional context.
  • Strong background in process governance, audits, maturity assessments, or planning operations.
  • Excellent stakeholder management skills to engage teams at site, regional, and global levels.
  • Strong organizational and program management skills with a delivery focus.
  • Confidence in managing reporting tools (e.g., Excel dashboards, SharePoint) and interpreting process adherence metrics.
