Formación

  • Confiance dans la gestion des outils de reporting.

Responsabilidades

  • Diriger la livraison quotidienne des évaluations de maturité à travers les sites de fabrication.
  • Assurer l'achèvement en temps voulu des évaluations.
  • Collaborer avec le PMO pour surveiller les tendances et le niveau d'adoption des processus.

Planning Process Adherence Lead - Europe - Remote - English Speaking

Here at RED, we are looking for a Planning Process Adherence Lead to start on a global project for one of our international end clients. The position is initially for 12 months with the possibility of extension.

The project is fully remote.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the day-to-day delivery of the Planning Maturity Assessments across manufacturing sites, global SCM teams, and regional demand planning functions.
  • Coordinate and oversee structured maturity reviews, ensuring consistency in the use of established tools and assessment methodologies.
  • Ensure timely completion of assessments.
  • Facilitate team activities to manage overlapping workstreams efficiently, such as manufacturing and SCM planning audits.
  • Manage and maintain standardized reporting templates for accurate consolidation and tracking of assessment results across functions and geographies.
  • Collaborate with the PMO to monitor trends, maturity scores, and process adoption levels, supporting broader planning governance reviews.
  • Provide oversight on process adherence ratings and communicate insights to key stakeholders promptly and effectively.
  • Support stakeholder engagement across Planning Excellence, Regional Planning Teams, Manufacturing Sites, and Business Excellence.
Requirements
  • Proven experience leading cross-functional supply chain or planning projects within a global or regional context.
  • Strong background in process governance, audits, maturity assessments, or planning operations.
  • Excellent stakeholder management skills at site, regional, and global levels.
  • Strong organizational and program management skills with a delivery-focused mindset.
  • Confidence in managing reporting tools (e.g., Excel dashboards, SharePoint) and interpreting process adherence metrics.
