Planning Process Adherence Lead - Europe - Remote - English Speaking

Here at RED, we are looking for a Planning Process Adherence Lead to start on a global project for one of our end clients. The position is for an initial 12-month contract with a possibility of extension. The project is fully remote.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Lead the day-to-day delivery of the Planning Maturity Assessments across manufacturing sites, global SCM teams, and regional demand planning functions.
  2. Coordinate and oversee the delivery of structured maturity reviews, ensuring consistency in the use of established tools and assessment methodologies.
  3. Ensure timely completion of assessments.
  4. Facilitate team activities to ensure overlapping workstreams (e.g., manufacturing and SCM planning audits) are managed efficiently and with minimal duplication.
  5. Manage and maintain standardised reporting templates, ensuring accurate consolidation and tracking of assessment results across functions and geographies.
  6. Collaborate with the PMO to monitor trends, maturity scores, and process adoption levels, supporting input into broader planning governance reviews.
  7. Provide clear oversight on process adherence ratings, and ensure all insights are communicated to key stakeholders in a timely and structured manner.
  8. Support stakeholder engagement across Planning Excellence, Regional Planning Teams, Manufacturing Sites, and Business Excellence.
Requirements
  1. Proven experience leading cross-functional supply chain or planning-related projects within a global or regional context.
  2. Strong background in process governance, audit or maturity assessments, or planning operations.
  3. Excellent stakeholder management skills, with the ability to engage with teams at site, regional, and global levels.
  4. Strong organisational and programme management skills, with a delivery-focused mindset.
  5. Confidence in managing and maintaining reporting tools (e.g., Excel-based dashboards, SharePoint) and interpreting process adherence metrics.
