Your Mission:
As a Planning Engineer, you will:
Develop and implement robust project schedules aligned with execution strategies.
Optimize resource allocation and define project breakdown structures.
Lead Planning & Scheduling systems implementation (methods, tools, dashboards, etc.).
Monitor project progress, detect delays,



and propose corrective actions.
Ensure alignment with project milestones, risk mitigation, and cost efficiency.
Collaborate closely with clients to secure schedule approvals and milestone validations.
Support continuous improvement through lessons learned and feedback.

What You’ll Bring:
Engineering degree or equivalent.
5+ years of experience in the Oil & Gas industry (onshore, offshore and/or subsea).
Advanced knowledge of EPCm work processes.
Proficiency in Primavera P6 (required) and Microsoft Project (well valued).
Strong skills in Microsoft Office and Power BI .
Experience in cost control is a plus.
Fluency in English required; Portuguese is positively valued.
