Formación

Role Description :

We are seeking an experienced Procurement Manager – Indirect Spend to lead and optimize our procurement strategies across multiple indirect categories. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record managing multinational projects and a deep understanding of procurement best practices. Experience in travel and fleet management as well as marketing procurement will be highly valued. The position will be based in our Global Business Service Center in Barcelona and the rest of the team will be based in Switzerland.

Responsibilities :

• Develop and implement procurement strategies for indirect spend categories, ensuring cost efficiency and value creation.
• Manage supplier relationships and negotiate contracts to meet company objectives.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams on multinational projects to ensure procurement alignment with business goals.
• Analyze market trends and supplier performance to identify opportunities for improvement.
• Oversee procurement activities in travel and fleet management and marketing (preferred).
• Support procurement activities for the Global Business Service Center in Barcelona.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives in procurement processes and systems.
• Close collaboration and coordination with the Head of Indirect Spend Procurement, based in Switzerland.

Profile :

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
• 5+ years of experience in procurement, specifically in indirect spend procurement.
• Proven experience managing multinational projects and working in a global environment.
• Strong negotiation and contract management skills.
• Fluent in English (both written and verbal); additional languages are a plus.
• Experience with travel and fleet management and marketing procurement is desirable.
• Proficient in procurement software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
