The challenge :

Analyze and report monthly orders and proposals for changes, generate graphical statistics, maintain the activity schedule, calculate needs for capsules, tablets, etc., monitor and update product and order data, coordinate delivery of semi-finished products, and ensure manufacturing shifts meet demand and internal procedures. Verify, organize, and streamline manufacturing plans, meeting schedules, and analyze the impact of changes, including material tracking.

Specific Responsibilities :

• Analyze orders and activity schedules for encapsulation, conditioning, and tablets to organize manufacturing.
• Calculate needs for capsules, pellets, tablets, etc., to support production.
• Monitor daily production and update schedules to ensure compliance with plans.
• Generate monthly reports on shipped bulk sales, schedule, and track orders to facilitate logistics.
• Track bulk orders for shipment to customers.
• Assess the impact of production delays on orders.

Requirements and personal skills :

• Education : University degree preferably in Economics, Pharmacy, or related field; Master in Supply Chain is a plus.
• Languages : Fluent in Spanish and English; knowledge of additional languages is advantageous.
• Experience : 1-3 years in customer service, logistics, or related roles in multicultural environments.
• Specific Knowledge : Basic knowledge of medication registries and pharmaceutical logistics.
• Contract : Maternity leave initially.
• Personal skills : Influence, communication, customer orientation, organizational skills, and self-confidence.
