HBX Group in Palma, Mallorca, is seeking a Planning and Performance Analyst to monitor, analyse and improve business performance by turning data into actionable insights. You will work with stakeholders across the organisation to support strategic initiatives and develop performance tracking methodologies.

You will standardise reporting with dashboards, target and track KPIs, ensure data accuracy, translate results into recommendations, and collaborate on strategic projects while meeting tight

Formación

• University degree (Bachelor or Master) in a relevant field.
• Proactive, curious mindset with proven problem-solving skills.
• Strong analytical and data-driven mindset.
• Excellent interpersonal and stakeholder management skills.
• Fluent English; Spanish a bonus.

Working closely with stakeholders across the organisation, they will support strategic initiatives, develop performance tracking methodologies, and enable informed decision-making at all levels of the business.
