Formación

  • Al menos 7 años de experiencia en gestión de software PPM, como Planisware.
  • Experiencia comprobada en proyectos dentro de la industria farmacéutica o de salud.
  • Fuerte conocimiento de requisitos regulatorios y estándares de datos industriales.

Responsabilidades

  • Liderar la plataforma Planisware, asegurando su operación eficiente y alineación con los objetivos de la organización.
  • Configurar y mantener la solución PPM de I+D, mejorando continuamente su funcionalidad.
  • Colaborar con equipos técnicos para entregar actualizaciones y mejoras del sistema.

They are looking for an experienced Platform Lead for their Digital, Data & IT Team. This role offers the opportunity to oversee the Planisware platform, ensuring its performance, integration, and alignment with the organisation’s goals. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in project portfolio management (PPM) within the healthcare or pharmaceutical industries, along with a deep understanding of regulatory requirements and data management.

Main Responsibilities

  • Lead the Planisware platform, ensuring its efficient operation, performance, and overall integrity within the organisation
  • Oversee the configuration, maintenance, and continuous improvement of the R&D PPM solution, ensuring it meets the evolving needs of the healthcare sector
  • Establish and enforce data standards, manage data flows, and ensure seamless integration between systems across the organisation
  • Ensure alignment with business goals and objectives
  • Gather feedback and ensure the system supports the needs of end-users
  • Collaborate with technical teams to deliver system updates and enhancements
  • Maintain strong relationships with Planisware vendors to ensure system support and updates
  • Monitor and manage the budget associated with the system, ensuring that resources are allocated effectively and service levels are consistently met
  • Ensure that the system complies with industry regulations, including GxP and other relevant guidelines, while also maintaining robust cybersecurity measures to protect sensitive data

Core Skills/Experience

  • At least 7 years of experience with introducing or managing PPM software, such as Planisware
  • Proven track record of project engagements within the healthcare or pharmaceutical industry
  • Strong knowledge of regulatory requirements, including GxP and other relevant guidelines
  • Strong knowledge of industry data standards
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to build consensus
