Cronoshare.Com is seeking a Route and Logistics Planner for Goods Transport. The role is fully remote across Spain and focuses on designing, optimizing, and monitoring transportation routes to maximize efficiency and minimize costs.

You will use advanced routing software, GPS, and TMS to ensure timely deliveries and compliance with regulations. The ideal candidate is analytical, proactive, and capable of solving complex routing challenges in a remote team environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in logistics planning or transportation management.
• Ability to interpret complex data and optimize routes.
• Strong written and verbal communication in a remote setting.
• Knowledge of Spanish transportation laws and regulations.

Responsibilities

• Develop and optimize daily, weekly, and monthly routes for the fleet.
• Use routing software and GPS to create efficient delivery sequences.
• Analyze data to identify trends, inefficiencies and cost savings.
• Coordinate with dispatchers, drivers, and customer service for smooth execution.
• Monitor routes in real time and adjust for traffic, weather, or issues.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory hours of service and other rules.
• Generate reports on mileage, fuel use, and on-time delivery.
• Maintain accurate route data in the TMS and update as needed.
• Identify risks and implement contingency plans for disruptions.
