Cronoshare.Com is seeking a Route and Logistics Planner for its Goods Transport division. The role is fully remote within Spain, focusing on designing and optimizing routes to reduce costs and improve delivery reliability using routing software and GPS tools.

Formación

• Proven experience in logistics planning, route optimization, or transportation management.
• Familiarity with route planning software and TMS.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Understanding of logistics operations and freight transportation principles.
• Ability to work independently in a remote setting.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills for remote teams.
• Knowledge of Spanish transportation laws and regulations.
• High school diploma required; a degree in Logistics or Supply Chain is advantageous.

Responsabilidades

• Develop and optimize daily, weekly, and monthly transportation routes.
• Use routing software and GPS to create efficient delivery sequences.
• Analyze transportation data for cost reduction and service improvement.
• Collaborate with dispatchers, drivers, and customer service for route execution.
• Monitor real-time progress and adjust routes due to unforeseen events.
• Ensure routes comply with transportation regulations, including hours of service.
• Generate reports on route performance, mileage, and on-time delivery rates.
• Maintain route information in the transportation management system (TMS).
• Identify risks and develop contingency plans for disruptions.
