Our third House in Barcelona features a state-of-the-art gym, full-service spa and hair salon, an 18m outdoor pool, a café, and two floors of club space with a revolving restaurant concept.

The Role

The Spa Receptionist at Soho House is responsible for delivering excellent service in a wellbeing environment. The role requires attention to detail and excellent interpersonal skills, providing guests with a relaxing experience away from the city.

Main Duties
  1. Welcoming members and guests
  2. Checking in members and guests
  3. Managing the treatments agenda
  4. Handling calls and emails
  5. Organizing and selling retail products
  6. Maintaining visual standards
  7. Making coffee, smoothies, and drinks
  8. Maintaining the gym
  9. Managing cash registers and payments
Candidate Profile
  • Previous experience in a spa and/or gym preferred
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and relationship-building abilities
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Exceptional customer service skills
  • Fluent in English and Spanish
  • Organized and reliable
