Formación

• 5-10 años de experiencia en ingeniería de tuberías en el sector energético.
• Conocimiento en diseño y cálculos de esfuerzo en tuberías.

Responsabilidades

• Definición de dibujos de diseño de tuberías 2D y selección de materiales.
• Cálculos de esfuerzo y diseño de soportes para tuberías.

We are looking for a Piping Engineer , for one of our clients, an engineering company in the oil and gas sector located in Madrid and Bilbao.

The selected person will be in charge of :

• Definition of 2D piping layout drawings.
• Participate in the definition of piping classes (PSI, DIN, etc).
• Material selection and sizing.
• MTO preparation.
• Generation of isometrics.
• Involvement in procurement / purchasing phases (supplier selection / validation, evaluation of technical proposals, etc).
• Stress and force calculations.
• Design / revision of supports.
• Be able to deal with all applicable work specifications, piping classes, standards and work instructions that may be necessary for the correct development of the assigned work.
• Perform required stress calculations per work instructions and project specifications.
• Perform and transmit to the Mechanical Department the design orientation, shape and load of pipe tension clamps and nozzles.
• Cooperate with piping designers in the selection of optimum routes to simplify stress design and assembly work.
• Verify comments and follow up on piping surveys and drawings for correct inclusion of stresses and civil requirements for stresses.

Requirements :

• Completed technical engineering.
• Experience of 5 to 10 years in a similar position.
• Specialty in Structures (metallic and cement / concrete).
• Medium / high level of English.
