Residència persones amb discapacitat / Residencia personas con discapacidad in Inca, Mallorca is seeking a Physiotherapist to support residents and a technical team in promoting physical autonomy and daily well-being.

You will assess mobility and function, design tailored physiotherapy plans, coordinate care with a multidisciplinary team, and lead adapted activities and health-promotion sessions as part of a permanent full-time position.

Formación

• University degree in Physiotherapy.
• A valid Class B driving licence.
• Strong professional dedication and ability to work in a multidisciplinary healthcare environment.

Responsabilidades

• Perform initial and regular mobility, strength, balance, coordination, and functional capacity assessments.
• Design and implement individualized physiotherapy programs within each care plan, including mobility exercises, psychomotor therapy, and postural re-education.
• Collaborate with the multidisciplinary technical team to ensure a holistic approach to care.
• Conduct preventive interventions to reduce dependency and prevent falls.
• Advise on technical aids, mobility equipment, and functional adaptations.

Are you a dedicated healthcare professional looking to make a meaningful difference in the lives of others? An opportunity is available for a Physiotherapist to join the specialized care residence for individuals with disabilities in Inca, Mallorca. In this role, you will work closely with residents and the technical team to foster physical autonomy, health, and daily well-being.

Your primary responsibilities will include:

• Conducting initial and regular assessments of mobility, muscle strength, balance, coordination, and functional capacity, identifying any signs of frailty or physical regression.
• Designing and implementing personalized physiotherapy programs within each resident's individual care plan, including mobility exercises, psychomotor therapy, and postural re-education.
• Coordinating with the multidisciplinary technical team to ensure a holistic, comprehensive approach to care.
• Executing preventive interventions focused on reducing dependency and preventing falls.
• Providing advice and recommendations on technical aids, mobility equipment, and functional adaptations.
• Organizing and leading adapted physical activities, group therapies, and health-promotion sessions.
• Performing other relevant tasks related to the role and the center's operational needs.

What you bring to the position:

• University degree in Physiotherapy (degree or second-cycle qualification).
• A valid Class B driving licence.
• Strong professional dedication, empathy, and ability to work effectively in a multidisciplinary healthcare environment.

What is offered:

• A permanent full-time employment contract located in Inca, Mallorca.
• An annual gross salary of 27,348.47 EUR.
• Regular work schedule from Monday to Friday: three days from 08:00 to 16:00 and two days from 12:00 to 20:00, with the possibility of agreeing on an alternative timetable.
• Target start date: 24/09/2026.
