Your core tasks in this role will involve:

• Accompanying individuals, monitoring their progress, and detecting their personal needs.

• Supporting general healthcare, social, and care routines across residential services.

What you bring to the role:

• A mandatory valid Class B driving license to ensure mobility and fulfillment of operational duties.
• Immediate availability to step into the position without delay.
• Complete willingness and flexibility to work rotating day and night shifts from Monday to Sunday.

What this position offers you:

• A permanent contract (indefinido) providing stable employment in the private sector in Palma.
• An annual salary of 23,136.72 EUR gross per year.
• A weekly working commitment of 38 hours and 30 minutes (38:30 hours per week).
• A rotating shift schedule operating from Monday to Sunday, allowing you to contribute continuously to residential care.
