The role offers a permanent contract, 30 hours per week with alternating morning or intensive afternoon shifts, and a gross monthly salary of €1,233.92, with conditions governed by the local collective agreement for hairdressing, beauty institutes, and gyms.

Formación

Primary Responsibilities

• Leading both group and individual Pilates classes tailored to participants' needs

• Collaborating closely with a multidisciplinary team to ensure cohesive and high-quality service

Core Requirements

• Mandatory formal training or practical experience in Pilates (this is an essential prerequisite)
• Ability to teach both structured group sessions and personalized individual classes
• A strong dedication to staying informed about new trends in the Pilates method
• Good teamwork and communication skills for working alongside a multidisciplinary group
