Formación

• Higher Vocational Training (Cicle Formatiu de Grau Superior) in Social Integration or related social care field.
• Catalan at a B2 level.
• Valid Class B driving license.
• Basic computer skills for routine administrative tasks.

Responsabilidades

• Provide direct support in daily activities including health care, medication management, hygiene, nutrition and personal affairs.
• Accompany individuals to administrative, healthcare, social, and recreational appointments.
• Safeguard daily well-being of users in collaboration with the social educator.
• Encourage participation in local community events and social inclusion activities in Manacor.

Fundació atenció de persones amb discapacitat is searching for a dedicated Social Integration Technician to join their team in Manacor, Mallorca. In this meaningful role, you will work directly with individuals with disabilities, empowering them to navigate their daily routines, improve their independence, and actively engage with the local community.

As part of your daily responsibilities, you will play a crucial part in enhancing the quality of life for service users. Your key tasks include:

• Providing direct support in everyday activities, assisting with essential needs such as health care, medication management, basic hygiene, nutrition, and routine personal affairs.
• Accompanying individuals to administrative, healthcare, social, and recreational appointments tailored to their specific requirements.
• Safeguarding the daily well-being of users in strict accordance with judicial guidelines and in close collaboration with the social educator.
• Encouraging, facilitating, and guiding participation in local community events and social inclusion activities across the Manacor area.

To be successful in this position, you should meet the following requirements:

• Completion of a Higher Vocational Training qualification (Cicle Formatiu de Grau Superior) in Social Integration or a relevant social care field.
• Proficiency in Catalan at a B2 level.
• A valid Class B driving license.
• Basic user-level computer skills for routine administrative tasks.
• Previous work experience is not required, making this an ideal opportunity for newly qualified professionals looking to gain hands-on social work experience.

What the position offers:

• A permanent contract (Indefinit) based in Manacor, Mallorca.
• A gross annual salary of 16,900 €.
• A part-time flexible schedule covering morning and afternoon shifts.
