KEY PURPOSES

Key responsibilities include:

1. Delivering and developing relevant schemes of work that challenge students, aligned with St.George vision and policies.
2. Planning, delivering, and evaluating lessons with appropriate assessments to promote progress.
3. Managing behaviour to create a positive and safe learning environment.
4. Fulfilling wider professional responsibilities, including community engagement and professional development.
5. Fulfilling pastoral duties as a form tutor/class teacher.
6. Engaging in continuous professional development and reflective practice.
7. Contributing to the wider school community through participation in events and initiatives.

Additional responsibilities may be assigned as needed, with review and consultation.
