A Day in the Life

As a Physical Distribution Specialist reporting to the Physical Distribution Manager SP&PT within one of the division's Iberia teams, you will play a key role in ensuring the seamless flow of our luxury products to our valued customers. You will collaborate closely with a diverse team and our delivery partners on projects that directly impact the success of our brands in the Spanish and Portuguese markets. This role offers significant growth opportunities, allowing you to develop expertise in logistics, data analysis, and stakeholder management within a dynamic, fast-paced environment.

  • Strategic Planning & Execution: Responsible for planning and executing physical distribution strategies for the Iberia market, optimizing processes to ensure timely and efficient product delivery.
  • Data-Driven Decision Making: Use data analysis to identify trends, optimize processes, and improve efficiency. Track key performance indicators (KPIs), identify areas for improvement, and make data-driven recommendations to enhance distribution processes.
  • Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with internal departments within L'Oréal and external delivery partners, requiring excellent communication and collaboration skills to ensure project alignment and successful execution.
  • Process Improvement & Change Management: Identify opportunities for process improvements and lead change initiatives, managing associated risks effectively.
